A sighted person can't always SEE a vein, not even with a vein finder tool.
But everyone, even the blind, can FEEL a vein.
Palpate with 70% IPA & the pad of your dominant hand index finger!
Your brain is wired to the PAD of your dominant hand index finger for sensitivity & specificity, & to the DH index finger for accuracy.
The 70% IPA prevents FRICTION & enhances your sense of TOUCH.
